To preserve the integrity of Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido as established in 1967 by the founder
Grandmaster Kim Myung Yong.

To expand Jin Jung Kwan as a Worldwide network of professional, like-minded Instructors/Masters and provide the highest standards.

Provide technical training and support to all members of Jin Jung Kwan Worldwide.

Provide seminars, leadership training, continued education and certification.

Maintain Honor and traditions as passed down from the founder Grandmaster Kim Myung Yong and teach the same to dedicated and loyal practitioners.
